Location: Bristol/Manchester

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE + up to 30% commission (NO thresholds!)

Hybrid role: In-office until your desk is up and running, then split 2-3 days per week.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll dive into a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll:

• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and become a trusted partner.
• Find and connect with top candidates and place them into roles that match their skills and ambitions.
